Human + AI

Some questions benefit from human experience.

AI is our first choice when it can answer your question well. It is faster and cheaper.

The useful contribution may come from lived experience, user knowledge, an unconventional background or original thinking. IQ256 sources it for the assignment.

Human contributions take longer and cost more. We use them when they can materially improve the work and fit the agreed scope and budget.

Even then, AI still helps us research faster, challenge the reasoning and produce a clearer answer.

Expert selection

The obvious expert is not always the best expert.

Leading AI models already know a great deal of common professional knowledge. We look for people whose skills and experience add something the AI is likely to miss.

We value original judgment, unusual connections and useful disagreement more than a famous title or the most obvious CV.

AI feature: programmer or systems architect?

A programmer can explain how to build it. A systems architect may reveal integration risk, data constraints, reliability costs and vendor lock-in. Those are the reasons building it may be the wrong decision.

Pricing question: CFO alone?

The CFO understands margin and cash. Pairing that view with a CTO can expose compute cost, support load and architecture limits that determine which pricing model is actually viable.

New market: sales expert or operations expert?

A sales leader can estimate demand. A customer-success or operations leader may spot onboarding, localization and service problems that would prevent customers from staying.

We choose the perspective most likely to change the answer, not the person whose title looks most predictable.

Accountability

Contributions are selected. IQ256 remains responsible.

AI models, research and people may contribute pieces of an answer. IQ256 is responsible for how those pieces are tested, combined and explained.

AI-only reviews remain explicitly AI-only. For Specialist and Multidisciplinary Reviews, Kes brings the research and human contributions together and reviews the final reasoning.

Our aim is to keep improving which methods and expertise we use for each kind of question. Responsibility stays with IQ256.

If you notice a mistake, an omission or something that does not fit your reality, you can reach us easily. We care more about correcting the result than defending it.
