Who sees my confidential documents?
Not the independent human experts, by default. Your original documents are not forwarded to them: they receive sanitized, purpose-specific packets built for their question, containing the minimum needed for a useful independent contribution.
Selected content is processed by disclosed third-party AI providers according to the processing plan agreed for your engagement. Which providers are used, and which material is restricted from them, is written down rather than assumed.
Independent human experts are engaged under confidentiality terms and declare conflicts before receiving any packet. They do not see each other's packets or conclusions during the independent phase.
You define what is sensitive before anything is shared. If a question cannot be answered without disclosing something you have restricted, we tell you and you decide.

What a review is, and is not
An Independent Decision Review improves the information available before a commitment. It is not legal, tax, accounting, security, or regulatory assurance, it carries no certification, and it guarantees no particular decision outcome. Please do not send credentials, personal data, or material you are contractually barred from sharing.
