These terms apply to the public informational websites at iq256.com and iq256.ai. They cover only the current public sites. They do not govern any future service relationship, decision-review engagement, or customer workspace, which would require a separate written agreement.

These terms govern browsing, reading, and using the contact form on the current public websites. They do not create a professional services relationship, a confidentiality duty, or any binding commitment to provide an Independent Decision Review or any other service.

IQ256 is an early-stage founder-led project. Content, structure, and availability may change as the project develops. We may add, remove, or revise pages without notice.

What you send and how you use the site
Do not send confidential material initially
Initial emails through the contact form are not a secure or confidential channel. Do not send confidential, regulated, credential, or proprietary material in a first message. A separate NDA or written agreement should be in place before sensitive material is shared.

Use the sites for their intended purpose: reading public information and contacting us about it. Do not attempt to disrupt the sites, access restricted areas, scrape content in a way that harms performance, or use the sites for unlawful purposes.

IQ256 content and branding
IQ256 owns its original site content, branding, and design, subject to third-party rights such as fonts and icons. Reasonable linking and short quotation with attribution are welcome. Other reuse, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of the content requires prior permission.

The sites may link to third-party resources for context. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Review them directly before relying on them.
Warranties and responsibility
No warranties
Site availability and performance may vary. The sites are provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may suspend, change, or remove access at any time.
Liability limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IQ256's liability for any claim arising from use of the public sites is limited. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. We do not invent a monetary cap or specific governing-law jurisdiction here.

We may revise these terms as the project develops. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated and the revised version will be posted here. Continued use of the sites after changes means you accept the revised terms.
