Privacy Notice
This notice applies to the public informational websites at iq256.com and iq256.ai. It covers only the current public sites and their contact form. It does not cover future registrations, decision-review engagements, customer workspaces, or any uploaded confidential material — those will require separate notices and agreements.

Public information and a draft email
No website-side data collection
The contact form on iq256.com does not submit to or store data on the website. When you press the button it creates a draft email in your own email client. You can review and edit the message before sending it. Nothing is recorded by IQ256 until you choose to send the email.
If you email IQ256
If you send an email to hello@iq256.com, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments. We use this information to reply, follow up, and manage the conversation. We do not sell personal information and we do not intentionally use advertising trackers.
Technical information processed by providers
IQ256 is an early-stage founder-led project. The sites are hosted by Lovable and related hosting and analytics infrastructure may process ordinary technical information when you visit the pages. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you request, timestamps, and security logs. This processing happens according to the providers' own terms and privacy practices, not under IQ256's direct control.
We do not claim that the sites are free of all technical logging, cookies, or analytics. We also do not claim absolute security, zero tracking, or that no third-party requests are made when the page loads.
What we do not do
- Sell personal information.
- Use intentional advertising trackers.
- Collect visitor data through the contact form on the website.
- Process email content for unrelated purposes.
How information is used and who may receive it
Use of information
We use the information we receive to respond to enquiries, manage conversations, keep business records, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use it for automated profiling, advertising, or unrelated marketing.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the sites and communications (for example hosting, email, and analytics services), or where we are legally required to disclose it. We do not publish visitor messages or share them for unrelated purposes.
Cross-border processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their own safeguards and terms. We do not make independent guarantees about jurisdiction or transfer mechanism.
How long information is kept and your choices
Retention
Messages and related information are retained only as reasonably needed for the conversation, business records, security, or legal obligations. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed for those purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information IQ256 holds about you by emailing hello@iq256.com. We will respond to reasonable requests where applicable, but we cannot delete information we are required to keep by law or for legitimate business records.
Keeping information safe
Reasonable safeguards
We use reasonable care to protect information we receive, including using reputable hosting and email providers and limiting access. We do not claim absolute security or that no breach could ever occur. If you are concerned about sensitivity, please contact us to discuss an appropriate channel before sending material.
What not to send initially
Do not send confidential, regulated, credential, or personal third-party information through an initial email. An NDA or separate written agreement should be in place before sensitive material is shared. The contact form creates a plain email draft; it is not a secure intake channel.
Updates to this notice
We may update this notice as the sites and services change. The effective date at the top of the page will be revised and the updated version will be posted here.
